Al Khalij Development has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Guzal, situated on the highest hill in the Green Belt area of New Sheikh Zayed City. The company launched the project simultaneously with the commencement of construction, following the completion of all legal procedures. El-Desouki added that the limited number of villas is a key strength, ensuring the exclusive character of the development, noted that the project’s location was chosen after a careful market study.

He disclosed that Guzal complies with all legal requirements, including ministerial approval and building permits, and that construction work has already commenced. The company’s CCO noted that the company prioritizes the proper legal procedures to safeguard its clients’ investments.

In addition, the compound will provide electric vehicle charging stations, in line with sustainability standards and the shift toward more efficient lifestyles.
